The "Hideaway" is your home away from home! Recently renovated inside & out with fresh paint & landscaping, new King & Queen mattresses, luxury linens, new electronic fireplace that all guests can use, new furnishings and lighting, PLUS a fully stocked kitchen & game closet. This centrally located Beach cottage has everything you need to enjoy your Sea Pines vacation! With soaring ceilings that bring in loads of natural light, you will feel rested and refreshed after your visit to the "Hideaway". Tucked at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the setting feels both tropical and private, yet close to everything Sea Pines has to offer! Just a short bike ride to the beach (out the back gate by the pool) and it's a quick trip to reach the ocean! Do you offer Traveler's Insurance? Yes, an option to purchase Traveler's Insurance will be presented to Guest at time of check-out.

What arrangements are made to pick up a key? Our home is equipped with an electronic 'keyless' entry system that is programmed with a code of your choice. This makes it very convenient for our guests as they do not have to worry about getting locked out, or losing a key.

Does your pool get any direct sun as many of the homes we've stayed in within Sea Pines, well their pools are too shaded? Yes, the pool, gets sun light from mid-morning to late afternoon. Summer pool temps generally range from 86 - 88 degrees. Many of our guests share that they really enjoy coming back to the house and having the pool to relax by after a great day at the beach!

What if there is an issue while we are staying at your house? All issues are quickly addressed with minimal disruption to your vacation. So, you never need to worry about trying to contact the owner to report a problem and work with an absentee owner to help them address the issue.

How close are you to the beach? About 7 -10 minutes by bike. See the map showing our location and proximity to the beach.

Are you close to Harbour Town and South Beach? Yes, and we bike to both. By bike, our home is about 10 minutes to Harbour Town or 15-20 minutes to South Beach.

What size is your house? Our single level home is about 1,800 square feet.

Is your home for sale and could we have our vacation interrupted by an agent wanting to show the house? No, the home is not for sale. We do caution prospective guests that are looking at other properties to check with the owner or manager to insure that the property they are considering is not for sale, or that they will not have their vacation interrupted by agents wanting to show the home!

Do you offer discounts? If your arrival date is less than 30 days away and our home is available, we will certainly work with you.

Are there any additional fees outside of what is included in the quote? The only other fee is the optional fee to heat the pool.

Where can we rent bikes and how much does it cost? There are many bike rental companies on the island. We prefer Hilton Head Bicycle Company - www.hiltonheadbikerental.com - 843-384-9322 and highly recommend arranging your bike rental before you arrive so they will be delivered and waiting for you on your arrival day..
