Lowe Country Retreat is a fantastic executive vacation home where families re-connect and make memories. The home is located just 3 houses off the beach and is close to the beautiful Sea Pines Beach Club and Sea Pines Golf Club that features the Atlantic Dunes golf course (formerly the Ocean Course) and the Heron Point course.

Enjoy the open floor plan from the kitchen throughout the living area, great for entertaining and maximizing your vacation time with friends and family. And for those nights you want to "eat-in", the kitchen is a chef's dream with double ovens (one electric, one gas - new in 2021). In addition to the beautiful marble counter tops it includes almost every appliance you could hope for, as well as chef grade cooking gear, cutlery, and china! We even provide and try to keep stocked a number of spices, oils and baking supplies for your convenience.

The Living Room features a Roku enabled 55" Samsung Smart LCD HDTV and a Blu-ray player - both are awesome for watching movies with the family. There's also a Family Room/Den on the main level - great for the kids - which features its own Samsung 58" Class 7 Series LED 4K UHD Smart HDR Smart TV, Blu-ray player, and DVR. It is stocked with lots of DVDs for your viewing pleasure. For some old-fashioned family fun, there are also plenty of board games and puzzles for all ages. Pull the card table and chairs out of the front bedroom closet - plenty of space to put wherever you want.

The spaciousness of the home is accentuated by the 12' ceilings on the main level and 10' on the upper level. Spacious, yet warm and relaxing!

The home has 5 bedrooms, with an incredible master bathroom on the main level. The “Under the Sea” room with a twin bed and pop-up trundle , which can be made into a king bed if requested in advance, is also on this level and has its own bathroom (shared with the den). The other 3 bedrooms are on the second floor, each with their own private bathroom. All bedrooms have Roku enabled HDTVs as well.

There is so much to do outside of Lowe Country Retreat as well! In addition to the fantastic saltwater pool that features a large lounging / wading platform, which is great for sitting and splashing with the toddlers, the house has a really fun and unique rock climbing wall. The pool can be heated April through October for an additional fee. You are also welcome to use our bocce ball and corn hole games, or simply relax by the pool after a hard day at the beach! Lowe Country Retreat is a family favorite.

For the adults, Sea Pines is a golfer or tennis enthusiast's paradise. You're only minutes away from Heron Point, the Atlantic Dunes course and the world famous Harbour Town Golf Links, home of The Heritage Classic. All less than 5 minutes away! For tennis enthusiasts, the South Beach Racquet Club and Sea Pines Racquet Club are just minutes away as well.

After your morning activities it's time to get out to the beach! You are welcome to use our beach towels, beach chairs, beach wagon and rolling cooler. Getting to the beach couldn't be easier. Just walk 3 houses to the end of our street, take a right to the path and you are yards away from the beach. If you want to check out what's happening down at the Sea Pines Beach Club, it's a short walk or only a couple of minutes away by bike.

What arrangements need to be made to pick up a key, or are they mailed to me? Our home is equipped with an electronic 'keyless' entry system that is programmed with a 4 digit code of your choice. This makes it very convenient for our guests as they do not have to worry about getting locked out, losing a key, or having to exchange keys in the mail, or pick them up and drop them off at the end of their stay.

What if there is an issue while we are staying at your house? The home is professionally managed by the JKS Abbott Group, which over the last decade has established itself as the premier property management company within Sea Pines. All issues are quickly addressed with minimal disruption to your vacation. You never need to worry about trying to contact the owner to report a problem, or work with an absentee owner to help them address an issue.

Where can we rent bikes and how much does it cost? There are many bike rental companies on the island. We prefer Hilton Head Bicycle Company - www.hiltonheadbikerental.com - 843-384-9322 and highly recommend arranging your bike rental before you arrive so they will be delivered and waiting for you on your arrival day..

How close are you to the beach? Lowe Country Retreat is just 3 homes off the beach. It's less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. We've included a map in the picture section of our listing.

Are you close to Harbour Town and South Beach? Everything within Sea Pines is reasonably close. You can bike to just about anywhere from our home in less than 20 minutes. Or, if you want to take the car you can be at South Beach in less than 7 minutes, or Harbour Town in 5 minutes. And for those times when you head out of Sea Pines for dinner, groceries, etc., the home is also close to the "back" Ocean Gate entrance, which is typically less busy than the Greenwood Gate entrance.

What size is the house? The house is over 3,500 square feet. All bedrooms feature private baths and HDTVs and each has ample closet and storage space.

Do you offer discounts? For stays of 7 nights, or longer and If your arrival date is less than 30 days away, we will certainly work with you.

Can the pool be heated? Yes, for a nominal fee.
